I am a self-employed contractor, since 1990. I have many years
experience operating bulldozers and backhoes, for excavating and
demolition work. I now am at the age where I realized that I can
purchase the equipment instead of renting it. I found a used equipment
dealer in Dallas, that will sell me $130,000.00 worth of equipment for
$70,000.00 if I buy a Dump Truck, Backhoe,Trailer and Bobcat Loader all
at once.
I have potential deals with local
builders and Contractors to do work for them at the rate of $125.00/HR..
This would enable me to
repay a loan in a timely manner. My problem is that when I was a
Teenager, I destroyed my credit rating, thus have been doing cash
transactions my entire life. I now have a 7 Mo. old son, and am trying
to build a scholarship fund for him so he won't have to struggle like I
did.
